This is delivered as a full in-person course or a blended format course.
Participants who successfully complete the Waterfront Lifeguarding course receive a certificate for Pool Lifeguarding and Waterfront Lifeguarding from the World Academy of Safety & Health (WASH) and a certificate for Basic Life Support (BLS)/Basic First Aid from HSI (formerly American Safety and Health Institute or ASHI), each valid for 1 year.
